Ox essence with truffel royal and chestnut foam

Crusty leg of “St. Martin´s goose” with stuffed apple, red cabbage, kale, potatoe dumplings and a rich jus

Bavarian cream from milk chocolate, orange ganache and “mulled wine cherry compote”

We are happy to take into account a vegetarian or vegan diet.
