BBQ in the beergarden – a culinary journey to South America

On September 2nd from 5 pm, just in time for our culinary excursion to South America, the sun comes out again and we are looking forward to a sunny day with almost summer temperaturs.

We are happy to serve delicous steaks from the grill with homemade Mojo, a Chili in a Tortilla and a seafood shrimp stew.
Before or with it, we have vegetable chips with guacamole the for a desert we serve quindim – a Brazilian coconut flan with egg.

Of course, we also have the classics, such as “Bratwurst” and pork neck steak from the grill.
