Tradition as it should be

Our Martinsgans menu is a fixed date on the calendar each year, yet never exactly the same.
What stays constant is the centerpiece:

Classic roast goose
served with red cabbage, kale, dumplings, and a delicate orange sauce

Starters and desserts change annually – fresh, seasonal, and prepared with care.
We’ll let you know in advance which treats await you this year.

The price is calculated fairly, depending on the current market for geese.
The final menu and pricing will be announced in October.

Important: We need the number of vegetarian or vegan menus by November 3, 2026.
