Pork Ribs & Belly – marinated in a BBQ marinade.
Pulled Pork with coleslaw in a potato bun.
Giant pan with baked beans, bacon and herbs.
Corn cobs or cole slaw go well with it, afterwards or in between. If ou still have an appetite, treat yourself to a piece of Apple Pie in BIG SIZE!

The classic Bratwurst and marinated pork neck steaks are part of the BBQ as always.

Then we go on vacation with our themed BBQs. We start with new culinary excursions in August. We are particulary looking forward to Asian influences.
