Due to the frequent inquiries, we would like to inform you that we have the 3G rule until further notice.
This means that you have to bring your proof of vaccination (fully vaccinated, at least 14 days old) or proof of recovery (29 das till 3 month)
or a daily negative test with you.
All other possible changes result from the ordinance of the Berlin Senate.

Due to the frequent inquiries, we would like to inform you that we have the 2G condition plus test rule until further notice. This means that you have to bring your proof of vaccination (fully vaccinated, at least 14 days old) or proof of recovery AND a test or booster-vaccination with you in the indoor areas!
Please also have your photo ID ready (ID card or passport).
All other possible changes result from the ordinance of the Berlin Senate.
The following people do not need an additional test:
– boosted/booster
– the 2nd vaccination is older than 14 days and younger than 3 months
– 2 vaccinations + 1 infection –> more than 28 days and less than 3 months ago
– Recovery is more than 3 months ago + 1x vaccination that is less than 3 years old
– Convalescence older than 28 days but not older than 3 months
All other possible changes result from the regulation of the Berlin Senate.

05/18/2021 – All restaurants in Berlin are allowed to open the outdoor area to the public from May 21, 2021.
Attendance documentation is required, but no reservation is required!
The attendance documentation in the Zollpackhof:

Negative test:
- Guests must be tested negative according to § 6 b. The Berlin Senate has published a leaflet on negative testing by customers, which can also be used for outdoor catering.

Exceptions to the test evidence:
- Fully vaccinated people whose last required vaccination was at least 14 days ago are exempt from the test requirement.
- Recovered persons who received a positive PCR test result more than 6 months ago and at least one vaccination are also exempt from the test requirement.
- The test does not apply to people who can present a positive PCR test result for an infection with SARS-CoV-2 from at least 28 days and no more than six months ago.
However, guests must prove that the exceptions exist.
Distance rules
- A minimum distance of 1.50 m must be maintained between the tables
- People from two households may sit at the table, but no more than 5 people, not counting their own children up to the age of 14, vaccinated and recovered people.
- The minimum distance may not be exceeded within the seating or table group.
Medical mask (indoor and outdoor)
- Guests and staff in contact with guests must wear a medical face mask outdoors unless they are in their seat.
- At the seat, guests can take off their mask.
- An FFP 2 mask is not required
Further questions
- Food and drinks may only be consumed at the table
- Table service and collection by the customer are permitted
- Indoor toilets may be opened

- Closing time and alcohol ban (applies from 10.10.2020 from midnight) Restaurants within the meaning of the Catering Act are to be closed between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following day
- The serving, distribution and sale of alcoholic beverages is prohibited between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following day
- Sales outlets within the meaning of the Store Opening Act are to be closed between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m.
- Attendance documentation (Section 3 of the Ordinance)
– New: is to be guided, indoors and outdoors
– exclusively for tracing contacts under infection protection law. - The following data must be recorded:
o first and last name,
o phone number,
o New: District or municipality of the place of residence or the place of permanent residence
o full address or e-mail address,
o Attendance time and
o If necessary, seat or table number
– to be kept or saved for a period of four weeks, protected from being viewed by third parties.
– to hand them over to the competent authority on request.
– After the retention period has expired, the attendance documentation must be deleted / destroyed. - Mouth and nose covering (Section 4 of the Ordinance)
– A mouth and nose covering must be worn in closed rooms.

UPDATE from 03.10.
- Private events with more than 25 people present at the same time are prohibited in closed rooms (e.g. birthdays, weddings, funeral ceremonies)

- Rules of conduct for guests:
“Guests must wear a mouth and nose cover in closed rooms in restaurants if they are not at the table – for example when entering and leaving the facility. Guests are obliged to provide completely truthful information when documenting their presence. Violations threaten Fine. These provisions go back to Part I of the SARS-CoV-2 Infection Protection Ordinance. “
We would like to draw your attention to the following regulations again:
- a maximum of 6 persons are allowed at one table! Tables must be placed with a distance of 1.5 m. This also applies to groups of more than 6 people. It is not allowed to put the tables together. Neither inside nor outside!
- Long tables from 7 or more persons (e.g. 20 persons at one long table) are not allowed.
- If you are more than 6 persons, we will place you so that max. 6 people sit at one table and at the next table with 1.5 m distance another 6 people.
- You now have two options to register with your contact details. With notes or digitally. The collection of contact data is mandatory and must be carried out truthfully AND completely. That goes for inside AND outside.
- Due to the large number of guests, a mouth and nose cover must be worn on all routes on the entire Zollpackhof. Of course, you can remove them at the table.

The attendance list pursuant to sentence 1 is to be stored or saved in a place not accessible to third parties for a period of four weeks after the end of the event or service and handed over to the competent authority on request if it is established that one of the participants was ill, suspected of being infected, infectious or a virus-shedder within the meaning of the Infection Protection Act at the time of the event, visit or service. After the retention period has expired, this attendance list must be deleted or destroyed.
((3) Persons present, such as participants, guests, visitors, customers or users are obligated to provide the information in accordance with subsection 2 sentence 1 completely and truthfully.

UPDATE from 07/23
- from July 24th according to the Berlin Senate, 6 people are allowed to sit at one table without maintaining the minimum distance of 1,5 m
- The Senate has again drawn attentiom to the proper documentation of the contact details. Dear guests, please enter your contact details in our lists and let us work together to contain Covid 19.
- The mask requirement for guests applies if you are not sitting at the table.
- Outside, the minimum distance can be less than 1,5 m, provided protection against droplet infections and aerosoles is ensured.

UPDATE from 06/27/20
- In principle, a minimum distance of 1,5 m from all persons who do not come from one household is to be observed.
- The staff in contact with guests must wear a mouth-to-nose covering.
- The mouth-to-nose covering must also be worn by guests if they are not in their seats.
- The documentation obligation continous to apply in closed rooms. The Zollpackhof also also documents the presence of guets who visit our terrace, because in bad weather everyone must spontaneously sit in the closed rooms.

The new regulations are:
- the presence of the guests MUST be documented and kept for 4 weeks
- guests MUST also wear mouth and nose protection. This may only be set down at the table.
- The distance regulations continue to apply
- From 02.06. EVENTS (meetings, incentives, conventions, events, trade fairs, trade fair-like exhibitions, special markets and commercial leisure activities) are indoors with up to 150 people and from 30.06. allowed with up to 300 participants
- Outside: from 02.06. 200 people, from 16.06. 500 people and from 30.06. up to 1000 people are permitted for EVENTS (meetings, incentives, conventions, events, trade fairs, trade fair-like exhibitions, special markets and commercial leisure activities)
- 5 people can now sit at one table or 2 households
